A Birthday Parade and a Blog Candy Giveaway

Yesterday was a big day – what a thrill to be the Guest Designer at the CAS(E) This Sketch challenge! If you missed my Lift Me Up balloon card, you can see it here.

Today is a very special day, too.  Not only is today the first day of a long vacation from work, but it’s also my birthday.  Woo hoo!  I admit – I’m terrible with birthdays.  I am wildly organized in so many areas of my life, but I have never been able to develop a successful birthday-card-sending habit.  I would put money on the fact that I didn’t send you a card on your birthday – sorry.  As such, I don’t expect a big hoopla for my big day – but I’m a generous soul and can’t deny you the joy of celebrating my birthday.  🙂

To celebrate my day, I’m sharing a parade of birthday cards I have shared over the past several months.  I’m also offering a Blog Candy Giveaway so that I can give to you on my fun day!

First things first – a parade of birthday cards.  You can click on any of these cards to see the products used and the write-up for each:

Blog Candy Giveaway.  During the month of December, I’ve been giving away a grab bag of paper, ribbon and accessories to anyone who places a $50 order with me.  That’s the easiest way to earn a prize from me – there’s a guarantee that you’ll get something you love.

There’s another opportunity to earn a prize from me, though.  I’m hosting a Blog Candy Giveaway today, and all you have to do is leave a comment below with the answer to this question:

What is your favorite type of cake?

What’s better than that?!  I’m giving away TWO prizes.  So what can you win?  I’m giving away two Merry Medley stamp sets.  This is a wonderful background stamp set that’s filled with great sentiments for Christmas.  While it’s a great background stamp, the clear-mount stamp can be cut into a bunch of different sentiments.  If you don’t have this set, you’ll love it.  If you do have it, then congratulations on getting another that you can snip to pieces.  🙂

I will draw a winner on Sunday evening and will announce the winner here.  This giveaway is only available to folks in the United States.  All you have to do is tell me your favorite cake.  Mine is coconut – just so you know.

Thanks for stopping by today!
