An Eastern Beauty in Beautiful Blues

While Stampin’ Up! demonstrators start ordering select items from the 2017 Annual Catalog today (there’s hardly anything more exciting than that!), customers can order items from the Eastern Palace Suite starting TODAY!  There are two bundles – a Starter Bundle and a Premier Bundle.  While they are both AMAZING, you really, really want the Premier Bundle (this is the one that includes that must-have Thinlits).

Today’s card features the Eastern Beauty photopolymer stamp set, the Eastern Medallions Thinlits Dies and Thick Very Vanilla Cardstock (all from the Eastern Palace Premier Bundle) and a couple of other items that will be available in the upcoming 2017 Annual Catalog:

Eastern Beauty, Eastern Medallions Thinlits Dies, Color Theory Designer Series Paper Stack, Stampin' Up!, Brian King

Tips, Tricks and Reminders

  • Eastern Palace Suites.  The items in the Eastern Palace Suites (available in these bundles through May 31) are so versatile!  How beautiful is this die-cut medallion?!  It’s made up of three dies from the Eastern Medallions Thinlits Dies that perfectly cut into the paper without leaving an indention.   The focal point of this card is made up of three dies that I ran through together – all at once.  Sure, there was a little clean-up that had to take place after the dies were removed, but what an effect!  Here are the two bundles that are currently available (you can click on the pictures below to see the items in my online store):Eastern Palace Starter Bundle, Stampin' Up!, Brian King Eastern Palace Premier Bundle, Stampin' Up!, Brian King
  • Color Theory Suite.  Two items featured on this card are from the upcoming Color Theory Suite – the AMAZING papers from the Color Theory Designer Series Paper Stack and the Glitter Enamel Dots (now, that’s a glitter product I can get behind!).  Stampin’ Up! has released a wonderful video that showcases all of the times in this bundle (including these two products).  These products need to be on your list:

  • Monochromatic Appeal.  While I’m a huge fan of combining colors, this card only features two – Dapper Denim and Very Vanilla.  I would normally feel the need to add an additional color (and could have used a different color of ink or base or enamel dot), but I kept this one simple.  The various gradients of Dapper Denim give enough color to the card and provide a great backdrop for these delicate dies.

The options for the items in these bundles are endless!  I’m so glad Stampin’ Up! is offering these new bundles early – and I hope you’ll take advantage of the early release.  If your order is over $150, I hope you’ll use all of the Host Rewards you’ve earned.  Otherwise, I’d love for you to add your order to the current Hostess Code (TF2V6MNU).

Thanks for stopping by today!
