More Color Combinations from Petal Gardens Designer Series Paper Stack

Yesterday I shared my first project with the Petal Gardens Designer Series Paper Stack, a pack of 6″ x 6″ printed papers with beautiful colors and floral patterns.  You can see that post here.  I pulled the colors for my project straight from the stack of papers – I often pull my colors right from the papers as a starter.  After all, that’s a huge benefit of these papers – they are printed with the gorgeous shades in our color families.

Here’s a look at this stack of papers, which includes 48 6″ x 6″ sheets (4 each of 12 double-sided designs):

Straight from the Papers

These colors are combined from the colors exclusively in this stack of papers:

Stampin' Up! Color Inspiration: Old Olive, Rich Razzleberry, Calypso Coral

Stampin' Up! Color Inspiration: Sweet Sugarplum, Pool Party, Whisper White

Combined with Other Colors

By adding one other color to the shades in these patterns, you can really transform the feel of the Petal Gardens Designer Series Paper Stack.  Here are some color combinations starters that feature two colors from this stack and one color from outside the stack:

Stampin' Up! Color Inspiration: Calypso Coral, Pool Party, Crumb Cake

Stampin' Up! Color Inspiration: Old Olive, Calypso Coral, Night of Navy

Stampin' Up! Color Inspiration: Real Red, Rich Razzleberry, Pool Party

Stampin' Up! Color Inspiration: Blushing Bride, Sweet Sugarplum, Rich RazzleberryBy limiting the colors you’ll use in a project (or expanding the colors to those outside a pack of papers), we can really find some beautiful color combinations for our projects.  I hope you find this helpful, I and I hope some of these combinations inspire you.  Please save any (or all of these) to Pinterest for future reference.

Thanks for stopping by today!
