Carols of Christmas for FabFri117

While we were in Thailand last week (you can see my recaps here and here), demonstrators were given an advance look at the 2017 Holiday Catalog, and we were sent home with a boatload of stamps, papers and accessories from the new book.  You’re going to love these new products, and I can’t wait to share them with you BUT we can’t show them just yet.  That’s A-OK with me because there are lots of great Christmas products in the Annual Catalog to quench your Christmas-card-making thirst – and there’s a new stamp set you can earn today when you join my Stampin’ Up! team.  More on that later.  🙂  I used some of these products to make a festive project for the FabFriday sketch challenge.  Here’s my card:

  Carols of Christmas, Stampin’ Up!

• Be Merry.  The gorgeous, striped paper is from the Be Merry Designer Series Paper.  Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White and Garden Green are a classic Christmas combination – and the designs in this pack of papers are a wonderful mix of classy and fun.  Until you hold these papers in your hand, you can’t fully appreciate all the sweet patterns of trees, mittens and snowflakes.  Here’s a look at the papers in this pack:
• Color Combination.  The Christmas tree on this card is cropped from Garden Green cardstock with the Card Front Builder Thinlits Dies that coordinate with the Carols of Christmas stamp set showcased above.  You can add these Thinlits to your Starter Kit or order them as a demonstrator in your first order.  To offset the beautiful greens and reds from the paper, I added Crumb Cake for a perfect trio.  If you like this combination, too, please save this:
