DAY FOUR: 2017 Holiday One-for-One Card Swap

Holiday One-for-One Swap, Stampin' Up!After collecting a batch of beautiful Holiday One-for-One swap card over the past month, I am excited to share them with you.  This swap is filled with beautiful inspiration, and I know you’re going to love these projects.  In a series of several posts over the next two weeks, I will share these cards with everyone.

I love these swaps because they showcase beautiful projects from cardmakers at ALL SKILL LEVELS – some are brand new to the craft, and others have been creating for years.  Please look them over, admire their beauty and then let the creators know how beautiful their cards are (I already know you’ll be kind with your comments, but I am going to request it, anyway).

If you participated in the swap and don’t see the card you received here, please wait to comment about that card when it shows up on my blog – that way, the creator of that card will be sure to see your comments.

  1. Is it really true that there is no required threshold for purchases if you become a demonstrator? I tend to purchase episodically so a set amount per quarter doesn’t work for me.

    • Maxine, In order to stay active as a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, you must have $300 in sales or purchases during each quarter. If you don’t meet that number, you will no longer stay active as a demonstrator and will no longer receive the discount. You are never required to meet that amount, though (no one will force you to spend the $300 per quarter – you will just lose status). Does that make sense? I’d love the opportunity to chat with you about this if you’d like – I have an amazing community of stampers who are supportive, creative and fun! 🙂

  2. Such creativity, all the cards are beautifully done.

  3. Oh these are beautiful!! I’m so smart I didn’t realize you were posting them thematically! Thanks for posting mine! Also, why don’t you live in Austin? 🙂 xx

  4. All very pretty cards! Lydia’s is a showstopper with all the bright colors and my favorite sentiment. 🙂

  5. I do love these parades of cards! So fun to see what everyone comes up with — such creativity and talent.

  6. Some great inspiration for my upcoming Stamp a Stack! (Yes, I should have it all planned by now, I”m close!)

  7. Oh what fun it is to ride for little Bella! What a riot – I am still smiling! I can’t believe there is another parade of beauties and we still have not gotten to the one I submitted or the one I received. I hope there is no end to these as I am gathering so many fantastic ideas with embelishments, colors, etc. Such a variety in creativeness. Definitely no “bah humbugs” in sight! Even the Grinch or Scrooge would try a smile at these!

  8. Amazing talent across the country. I love that the gals from the south used the beach type stamps and the gals from the north the snowy type stamps. Cracked me up! LOL Everyone did a fantastic job with their cards and still, more to com? Oh what fun. Thanks Brian, looks like your mailman had his bag full for you!

  9. I’ve seen that the stamparatus is available to be ordered. You haven’t mentioned it.

  10. These pretty cards have me humming Christmas carols!

  11. Received my card and it was made by Wendy (Florida). First, thank you for such a great card. My husband and I go to Key West every year (we leave in a month for a week vacation) so this card was a great match for me. Thanks Brian! My husband loved it so much he had me to order the stamp set for our Christmas Cards. Thanks Wendy and Happy Holidays to all.

  12. The lovely card I received is in this group! Barbara Moody’s fun beach card in gold is really beautiful. It works out perfect for this northern-cold-weather gal too, as we are spending New Year’s in Florida! I giggled when I got it. It was like she knew our plans. Thanks Barbara, and thanks Brian for the swap.

    • Thanks, Robyn! You’ve put a big smile on my face! I’m so glad my card was apropos. How cool is that? Have a great time in Florida!
