My pre-order from Stampin’ Up!’s OnStage arrived this week (demonstrators who attended the event were able to order select items from the 2018 Occasions Catalog and to earn select Sale-a-Bration items). ALL demonstrators can pre-order starting December 1 (it’s a great time to join my team if you’ve been thinking about it – let’s chat). It was so fun to open the box and sort through the new items. So much to share with you in the coming weeks and months. The first new set I inked up? Party Panda. It’s one of the super-fun offerings we can earn with a $50 purchase during Sale-a-Bration (more on that later). So fun! Here’s my card:
This card was created for the new FabFriday color challenge – Real Red, Lemon Lime Twist and Emerald Envy.Β What a fun combination, don’t you think? Here’s the banner for the challenge that inspired my card:
Tips, Tricks and Reminders
- Party Pandas. How adorable is this sweet panda bear holding a love note just for you? There are two more pandas in the new stamp set – and it’s not for sale.Β How can you get one of your own? Between January and March, Stampin’ Up! hosts an annual sales event called Sale-a-Bration. For every $50 spent on an order during Sale-a-Bration, you can choose a free item from a brochure of exclusive items.Β Party Pandas is one of those items – here’s a look at this fun set:Β
How will you showcase these pandas?Β Valentine’s Day, birthdays, congratulatory celebrations. Which occasion is most appropriate for sweet, black-and-white bears? I mean, really – how adorable is this sweet bear – he’s so proud of the card he’s made?
- A Patterned Background. What’s the perfect backdrop for a black-and-white friend? How about a black-and-white patterned paper – I already knew you’d say that. You’re good! While there are several black-and-white papers to chose from, this checkered pattern from Merry Little Christmas Designer Series Paper is a perfect fit.Β I trimmed around the pattern to perfectly balance it over this space – so visually appealing.Β Here’s a look at the patterns and colors in this gorgeous pack of Merry Little Christmas Designer Series Paper:

- Measurements. As a late Thanksgiving gift to you, I’m offering you the measurements for this sweet panda card. I know you like them, so I’m happy to share. Here are the layers of the card, starting with the base and working my way up to the Panda:

Stampin’ Up! kicked off the week-long Online Extravaganza Monday with an amazing one-day-only stamp sale.Β Even if you didn’t take advantage of that sale, there are plenty of other items on discount for the rest of the week.Β Check them all out here:
AND THERE’S MORE!Β The week-long sale ends Monday, November 27 with a big bang! Even demonstrators don’t yet know the details, but I understand the sale will be amazing! I’ll share the details with you the minute I have them. Please be on the lookout!

That Panda is so dang cute! My oldest daughter is in love with Pandas and visits the National Zoo in Washington, DC several times a year to see them. I think the draw for these stamps is the rolly polly personality they give to these amazing creatures. Wonderful card Brian.
Thanks, Grace! These characters are absolutely adorable – so glad you like them. They are “cuddly” bears – so sweet. I hope this is on your list starting January 1. <3
