Bubbles & Fizz for CTS

Before I share today’s project for CAS(E) This Sketch, I want to give a hearty “thank you” to the design team for selecting my Petal Palette thank you card as a CTS Favorite last week – you can see that project here. Online challenges always give me a great starting point for a project – I love that! I never expect to win a challenge, but it’s always wonderful to be recognized. Thanks so much!

There are so many ways to play along with this week’s CAS(E) This Sketch challenge – it’s such a fun sketch. It gave me the opportunity to create with and showcase my Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper – one of this year’s Sale-a-Bration options. Love it! Here’s my card:

Tips, Tricks and Reminders

• Bubble Over and Bubbles & Fizz. This week’s the super-fun sketch gave me the chance to showcase Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper, this year’s Sale-a-Bration paper offering. This paper is filled with vibrant colors and fun designs – here’s a closer look:

  This is a special pack of papers, but it’s even more special when you realize it pairs beautifully with the Bubble Over Bundle from the Occasions Catalog. Here’s a look at this incredibly fun bundle (I call it a “fundle.”):

  Beer, soda or fizzy water – I’m sure I can find lots of ways to use this fun set!

• It Packs a Punch. The little sentiment shown on my card is stamped with the Bubble Over stamp set (the only ink used on this card) and punched with a 3/4″ Circle. The Lemon Lime Twist base beneath it is punched with one of two scalloped punches in Stampin’ Up!’s 2018 Occasions Catalog – the 1-3/8″ Scallop Circle punch (the other punch measures 1-1/8″). The playful scallop circle works well with these bright colors and simple sentiment, don’t you think? Here’s a look at this new punch:

• Cheery Combination. There are lots of bright-and-cheery colors in this Bubbles & Fizz pack of papers – Basic Gray, Bermuda Bay, Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight, Lemon Lime Twist and Whisper White all make an appearance here. The three that stand out the most on my card are Lemon Lime Twist, Claypso Coral and Bermuda Bay – what a great combination! If you like it as much as I do, please save this:
