I love a quick-and-easy card – and that’s what I set out to make when I started playing with the Candy Candy Season Bundle this past weekend. I picked two colors, a simple layout and went to town making this festive card:

- Candy Cane Season. How sweet is this candy cane and adorable bow? I love both of them – and I love them more since they coordinate with the Candy Cane Builder Punch. Love! The background of my focal panel is this stamp of “Ho”s from the set. I stamped this panel with Mossy Meadow, a warm backdrop for a bright candy cane. There are several designs for the candy cane, too, but I’m partial to this image with the candy cane stripe – call me a traditionalist. Here’s a look at the bundle:
- Perfect Bow. I love how these images work together – the colors are gorgeous together – and how about that bow? The bow is a combination of two images – the outline of the bow is stamped with black ink, and the inside of the bow is stamped with Mossy Meadow. I stamped the image off once (lightly on scrap paper) before stamping it here. The softer Mossy Meadow tone perfectly matches the softer strips in the striped Designer Series Paper in the background (it’s from the Neutrals 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper). Here’s a fun look:
- Merry Christmas. There are SO MANY combinations of green and red that work for the holidays. I love this mix of Real Red and Mossy Meadow – never knew I would like them together so much. Real Red is brighter and Mossy Meadow is richer when they are paired. If you like this combination of Whisper White, Real Red and Mossy Meadow, please save this:

Yummy. Love the luscious layers. I can almost smell the peppermint. Oh wait, I do smell a hint of peppermint from our plug in thingy which has a holiday scent. Darn, I never noticed that the stamp said “honcho” diagonally. I have been looking for a good hobo to go with a fun Santa face I have. I had better check this stamp set out more. Love the bright crisp colors and that stripe in the paper is perfect. Love it.

Love candy canes and the dsp with the candy cane stripe and white flocking is perfect for doing a bunch if you don`t want to stamp them. …. I LOVE BOWS and I am impressd with your creativity with this one .
