You’ve Got Me in Stitches, Valentine

I’m so excited about this week’s kickoff of Stampin’ Up!’s Occasions Catalog and Sale-a-Bration! That’s right – both kick off on January 3 – that’s this week! Yay! To celebrate, I am sharing a Valentine’s Day card with fun, simple layers with new products from both new catalogs. You’ll be in stitches over this sweet card. Here’s my card:

Tips, Tricks and Reminders

• In Stitches. My card features two stitched dies from Stampin’ Up!’s 2019 Occasions Catalog. Here’s what I love about both of these sets of dies – there are so many interesting and fun ways to layer the dies with stitches on the inside and outside of the cropped shape. The heart is cropped by layering two of the Be Mind Stitched Framelits Dies:The Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies are sold as part of the Meant to Be Bundle or sold separately. Two of the layers on my card are cropped with the Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies – the Blushing Bride Designer Series Paper layer and the Thick Whisper White rectangle. While this doesn’t show here, the dies crop stitching on the inside and outside of the cropped rectangles.
