Gifts with You Are Amazing & Flowers of Friendship

I always love the transition of one catalog to another, but this year’s transition is more exciting than ever (by that, I mean you really need to study your catalogs so you don’t miss out). ♥ While some products from Stampin’ Up!’s 2020 Annual Catalog will become unorderable on Monday evening, others will continue into the new catalog. At the same time, so many amazing, new products will arrive! Yay! You may have noticed that some Mini Catalog products didn’t make it into the 2021 Annual Catalog, but you have until June 30 before those products officially retire.

Yesterday I shared two promotions that kick off at the launch of Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog – large orders or hosted parties earn more rewards and more goodies have been added to Starter Kits. If you missed that information, you may want to read about those here.

Today I’m sharing a project that features a variety of products in all stages of the transition I described above. I’m going to tell you about those, but first – here’s my project:

Flowers of Friendship, You are Amazing, Stampin Up!, Brian King

Here are the products I used to create this sweet-and-simple, oh-so-energetic Mini Pizza box, along with the inventory description for each:

  • Mini Pizza Box (Just Retired). When Stampin’ Up! announced the products that would not be carrying into its 2021 Annual Catalog, I was surprised to see that the Mini Pizza Boxes would be going away on May 3 or when supplies run out. Well, friends, supplies ran out on these fun boxes. That doesn’t mean I won’t continue to decorate them and share with you. ♥ Mini Pizza Boxes, Stampin Up! 144645
  • You Are Amazing (Retiring June 30). You are Amazing is one of my all-time favorite stamp sets. It debuted in Stampin’ Up!’s January – June 2021 Mini Catalog (it coordinates with the You are Amazing Project Kit) and includes a variety of incredible sentiments. I love each and every one of them. Here’s a look at this must-have stamp set: You Are Amazing, Stampin Up!, 154534When Mom visited earlier this month, she assembled my You are Amazing Project Kit with this stamp set. I also shared a look back at the projects I’ve made with this set. If you missed her projects or mine, CLICK HERE to enjoy.
  • Hippo & Friends Dies (Carrying forward into 2021 Annual Catalog). Don’t you love the stitched shape that holds the bold sentiment?! I love it! If you’ve passed over the Hippo Happiness Bundle in Stampin’ Up!’s 2020 Annual Catalog (maybe you don’t like cute things), I encourage to take another look. Not only are there some adorable characters in the set, but the coordinating Hippo & Friends Dies offer a variety of great shapes that are perfect for card making, tag making or scrapbooking. Here’s a look at the Hippo Happiness Bundle: Hippo Happiness Bundle, Stampin Up! 154080While both the Hippo Happiness stamp set and coordinating Hippo & Friends Dies are carrying forward into Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog, the bundled pricing goes away on May 3. Don’t miss out!
  • Flowers of Friendship (New bundle in 2021 Annual Catalog). You like new things, right?! Flowers of Friendship is a new punch bundle in Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog that’s sure to be a favorite. Here’s a closer look at the flower I built with the Flowers of Friendship stamp set and coordinating Flowers & Leaves Punch: Flowers of Friendship, You are Amazing, Stampin Up!, Brian KingI colored the petals and leaves with the brightest Stampin’ Blends I could find – Poppy Parade and Granny Apple Green. Fun! Here’s a look at the new Flowers of Friendship Bundle, which includes some great sentiments (the punch is a normal-sized punch but looks small in my hand):Flowers of Friendship Bundle, Stampin Up! 155590
  • Playing with Patterns Resin Dots (Carrying forward into 2021 Annual Catalog). This one’s a little tricky. Since the Playing with Patterns Resin Dots feature Purple Posy dots, I was certain these guys were retiring (but they gave me exactly what I wanted for the center of my flower). Still, they are carrying into the new catalog.
  • Pattern Party 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper (New Stampin’ Rewards Product in 2021 Annual Catalog). You are going to hear me sing the praises of Pattern Party 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper for the next year. The pack of 48 pages of 12″ x 12″ paper is available only with Stampin’ Rewards (on orders over $150) and can be purchased for only $18 in Stampin’ Rewards. Such an amazing deal! Here’s a look at this amazing paper: Pattern Party Designer Series Paper, Stampin Up!, Brian KingIs there any better reason to build up a big order on May 4? Well, yes – I have one more…Stampin’ Up!’s Connect, Craft & Collect Promotion gives you $25 EXTRA rewards on a $25 order. To learn more, CLICK HERE.

While there are a lot of bright-and-cheery colors on this Mini Pizza Box gift, it’s the mix of colors in the little flower that I love so much! If you like this mix of Crushed Curry, Granny Apple Green and Poppy Parade as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:

  8. Brian, this pattern DSP from the paper pack is one of my favorites. Totally cheerful for the summer. As well, as pairing perfectly with the Flowers of Friendship bundle.
