When Stampin’ Up!’s “Last Chance Product List” was announced at the end of March, we were truly being given our last chance to purchase some amazing products that sold out in the first week (no shock there). For more than a month, I’ve been sharing the products that are retiring from Stampin’ Up!’s 2020 Annual Catalog, but it’s never felt THAT urgent – UNTIL TODAY.
Today is the last chance you have to pick up your retiring favorites that retire a midnight tonight. To lighten that burden a bit, many of the retiring products are on still on sale.
TODAY’S POST. Because I know and love so many procrastinators, I’m giving you a quick rundown of all the retiring goodies you need to pay attention to. Because I know and love so many planners, I’m also giving you the information you need to get through tomorrow safely.
Mixed in with some sneak peeks at products from Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog, I’ve been focusing the last month on the retiring products. Here’s some helpful information to help you navigate this sale as you check off your final list before the new catalog launches:
- To shop the Last-Chance Products Sale, click here. You can sort the items by price or alphabetically to help you sort through the remaining items.
- The sales period ends May 3 at 11:59 pm Mountain Time.
- Exclusions apply: Carryover items and some retiring items will not be discounted.
- Items carrying over from a mini catalog into another mini catalog will not be available until that catalog is released.
- Items carrying over from the annual catalog to another catalog will be available continuously.
Here are some things to consider as you peruse the items in the Last-Chance Products Sale:
Retiring Bundles
I love a stamp set that coordinates was a punch or set of dies. I really, really love when a 10% discount is offered for buying both at the same time. Yay for bundles! Most bundles retire, but that doesn’t mean that all the products in these bundles are retiring. Some stamp sets and coordinating dies will carry over but will not be offered as Bundles in the new catalog. If a bundle is listed in the Last-Chance Products List, one of the following is true (and it might take a little research to find out which is true):
- The stamp set and coordinating dies/punch are both retiring.
- Either the stamp set or coordinating dies/punch are retiring.
- Both the stamp set and coordinating die/punch are carrying into the new catalog but not at the bundled price.
Regardless of which scenario holds true, NOW is a good time to snatch up these bundled savings.
Here are the bundles from Stampin’ Up!’s 2020 Annual Catalog that are no longer offered at a 10% savings in the new book (even though both elements of the bundle are carrying forward into the new book):
- All Things Fabulous (#154112)
- Birds & Branches (#154107)
- Celebrate Sunflowers (#154065)
- Forever Fern (#154094)
- Hand-Drawn Blooms (#154101)
- Hippo Happiness (#154080)
- Jar of Flowers (#154064)
- Nothing’s Better Than (#154061)
- Mountain Air (#153820)
- Painted Poppies (#153827)
- Pampered Pets (#154069)
- Peaceful Moments (#153824)
- Prized Peony (#154056)
- Tasteful Touches (#154098)
- Timeless Tulips (#153793)
- Lovely You (#154070)
Retiring Designer Series Papers
All of the current Designer Series Papers traditionally retire at the end of the catalog – or when they sell out. One exception this year – the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper is not on the Retiring Products List. Yay! If you like to stock up on favorites so you have the patterns you love years from now, now’s the time to get in there and grab them up.
Playful Pets and Whale of a Time Designer Series Paper have already sold out. You can shop Designer Series Papers here (this link includes some papers from the January – June 2021 Mini Catalog, too)
Retiring In Colors
We’ve loved the five 2019-2021 In Colors for two years now, but it’s time to let them go so we can make room for the new collection of colors that arrive in the 2021 Annual Catalog (they are amazing, too). Some of these products became unavailable early on in the sale, but some are still there for your to grab up today. If you’d like to shop the retiring In Colors before they go away, click here.
Retiring Suite Collections
All of the Suite Collections are retiring. If you’d like to review all of these Suite Collections from the 2020 Annual Catalog, click here (this link includes suites from the January – June 2021 Mini Catalog, too).
Huge Discounts
There are still some great discounts to be had in these retiring products – we started with a lot, and some have been added along the way. That’s always good news!
Now that you’ve checked your list for everything you need today, here’s a quick look at what to expect tomorrow.
New Catalog Launch
There will be no down time between the retirement of Stampin’ Up!’s 2020 Annual Catalog and the launch of the 2021 Annual Catalog. How fun is that?! At midnight (Mountain Time) tonight, the switch gets flipped so that the new catalog is open for business! Yay!
As with the launch of any catalog, orders will flood the Stampin’ Up!’s warehouse, creating a couple of days lag to fulfill orders. If you can’t wait to get your hands on the new goodies, consider upgrading your shipping terms to 2-day or 1-day delivery. If you are OK to wait, then don’t pay attention to all of that. 🙂
I will share on online version of the new catalog and a look at the wonderful suites on my blog tomorrow.
