Be Inspired by Sale-a-Bration

It’s time for another Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop – what fun! The Be Inspired Design Team is a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from all over the world who are excited to share our themed projects with you. I’m so honored to be a part of this group of talented stampers!

For today’s Be Inspired Blog Hop, we are sharing projects we’ve made with some of the amazing products we earned (and you can earn) during Sale-a-Bration, Stampin’ Up!’s 2-month sales event. You are going to see some amazing creations in this hop (one can never find enough inspiration for these Sale-a-Bration products) from this global design team. We hope our projects inspire you and that you leave with lots of fun ideas! If you aren’t starting the hop here, then you probably just popped over from the amazing project shared by my talented friend Carolynn Sander.

Special Memories

It’s rare that I ever share two cards in one post – if I’m so inspired to create two projects, I would spread out the excitement over two posts. I wanted to showcase these products the best I could – and two projects was my best option. ♥ Here are the cards I made with the Special Moments stamp set (from Sale-a-Bration) and the Hey Sports Fan Designer Series Paper (from the Mini Catalog):

Special Moments, Hey Sports Fan Designer Series Paper, Stampin Up!, Brian KingBoth of these sentiments from the Special Moments photopolymer stamp set (a collection of amazing sentiments that can be earned with a $100 order during Sale-a-Bration) are perfect with these sunshiny papers, don’t you think? Here’s a look at the Special Moments stamp set:

Special Moments, Stampin Up! 158081I used the largest sentiment (“Thanks for Brightening Up My Day!”) and one of the smallest sentiments (“Hello Sunshine”) on my two cards, building panels of sunshine around each. Those panels are layered with gorgeous patterns from the Hey Sports Fan Designer Series Paper. Here’s a look at the patterns and colors in this pack of papers:

Hey Sports Fan Designer Series Paper, Stampin Up! 157882Such a great collection of beautiful colors! I worked with the Bumblebee panels and Night of Navy pages to build gorgeous, contrasting panels on my cards. If you like this mix of Very Vanilla, Bumblebee and Night of Navy as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:

I’ll be sharing a bit more about these projects tomorrow (including the measurements for each of these cards). I hope you’ll come back! For today, though…

I hope you like the projects I’ve shared. I hope you’ll continue the Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop to see more projects by my awesome friends – I’m sure you’ll love them. The next stop is my dear friend Emma Goddard. Click on the banner below to continue through the hop:

I hope you’ll hop through the rest of the projects in this lineup. In case you get off-track at any point during the hop, here’s a listing of all the participants in this hop:
