First of All, You’re Amazing.

On a recent, short out-of-town trip, a friend introduced us to a new coffee shop in their little town. Not only did we get to visit the adorable shop, but my friend gifted us a bag of their delicious coffee. It was incredible! When I sat down to make a little “than you” note, I was confident I could make a special card with my Stampin’ Up! supplies. I was right! Here’s the card I made:

Brew Some Fun, Artistically Ink, Hello Beautiful, Stampin Up!, Brian King

My simple card showcases THREE stamp sets – can you name all of them? I know you can, but I’m still going to name them for you. First…here’s a closer look at the focal point of the card (all three stamp sets are showcased here):

Brew Some Fun, Artistically Ink, Hello Beautiful, Stampin Up!, Brian KingNow for the answer…here are the three stamp sets I showcased in this card:

  • Artistically Inked (#154542). Since the beautiful Artistically Inked stamp set was unveiled on the cover of Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog, I’ve been obsessed with the gorgeous watercolor images in the stamp set. I’ve wanted to make a coffee card with this watercolor image – and this than you note gave me the opportunity I’ve been looking for. I stamped the watercolored swooshes with Soft Suede ink.
  • Brew Some Fun (#154528). I adore the tea-themed sentiments and images in the Brew Some Fun stamp set in Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog. I stamped these coffee cups with Early Espresso on Thick Basic White and hand-snipped them out. I added two little hearts from the Sweet Hearts Dies to each of the coffee cups.
  • Hello Beautiful (#158041). If you passed over the Abstract Beauty Suite if the hexagons and modern colors didn’t appeal to you, please take another look at the sentiments in the Hello Beautiful stamp set. I particularly love this one – “First of all, you’re amazing.” What a great opener to a heartfelt thank you note!

Did you identify each of the stamp sets? Even if you didn’t, I still think you are one of the smartest (and most beautiful) people I know! ♥ The links for all of these products can be found at the base of my post.

Coffee is brown, and hearts are pink. Brown and pink look great together, so it was really easy for me to pull together the colors for this card for my friend. If you like this mix of Polished Pink, Soft Suede and Early Espresso as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:
