Beautiful Greens for the InKing Royalty Blog Hop

Many of my Stampin’ Up! team members (not only those with blogs) share their gorgeous projects in our team’s Facebook community – there’s such amazing and inspiring creativity in this group! I’m always excited when my team’s blog hop rolls around, though, because I get to share some of their amazing work with you. I’m just as excited to see their projects as you are, and I am proud to share them with you.

InKing Royalty Blog Hop - April 2023Welcome to InKing Royalty’s April Blog Hop! Just in time for Spring, we are embracing some (or all) of Stampin’ Up!’s gorgeous greens for today’s hop. We are excited to share our creations and hope you love them! After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.

All Kinds of Wonderful

It wasn’t until I was finished with my project for today’s hop that I realized how the design of my card mimics the banner I designed for this hop. With so many gorgeous greens in Stampin’ Up!’s core colors, it was difficult to limit the greens I would share for this hop – but I did the hard work. Here’s the card I made for our green-themed hop:

Lighting the Way, Stitched Greenery Die, Sentimental Park Dies, Stampin Up!, Brian KingI started with four 1″ strips of cardstock – Shaded Spruce, Old Olive, Granny Apple Green and Parakeet Party to create an ombre effect on the focal panel of my card. I glued those panels to a piece of scrap paper and then embossed the panel of green strips with the Stitched Greenery Die, which is discounted from $32.00 to $19.20. Here’s a look at this incredible die that is being discontinued on May 1 (or when supplies run out):

Stampin Up! Color Inspiration - Garden Green, Old Olive, Granny Apple Green, Parakeet PartyThe labels on my card and the sentiment on my card are pulled from two bundles in the January-April 2023 Mini Catalog. Both stamp sets and both sets of dies are carrying into the 2023 Annual Catalog, but the bundled pricing for each goes away on May 1. Perhaps today’s FREE SHIPPING promotion gives you a good time to order both of these amazing bundles? Here’s a look at the Sentimental Park Bundle:

Rather than adhere my green strips to a piece of cardstock, I glued the strips to an old Stampin’ Up! packing slip – what a great way to repurpose?! Here’s a look at the components of this card before it was assembled:
