Every once in a while I treat myself to a little express shipping on Stampin’ Up! orders. With all the new products that came out at the same time as Stampin’ Up!’s September-December 2023 Mini Catalog, I knew I needed these goodies quickly – and I started playing as soon as they arrived. I’m excited to share a project I’ve made with a new bundle and a new pack of papers – both are Online Exclusives that I love so, so much. Here’s my card:
The sentiment at the heart of this card is stamped with two stamps in the Heartfelt Hexagon Bundle and cropped with the coordinating punch. I stamped the frame with Pool Party first, then added the sentiment that was inked with Berry Burst and then punched out the framed sentiment. Here’s a look at the new Heartfelt Hexagon Bundle, which includes the photopolymer stamp set and coordinating punch:
I love the variety of sentiments in this set – each fits so perfectly inside this hexagon shape (or alone or in a variety of other shapes). If you’d like a closer look at the sentiments and images in the set, please click on the image above to see the bundle in my online store.
My card features three Designer Series Paper panels – all three from the newly released Delightful Floral Designer Series Paper. The floral pattern on top is pulled from the first design below, while the band of watercolored Berry Burst is pulled from the second design. The watercolored Pool Party panel on the card is pulled from the second pattern on the bottom row. How gorgeous are these pages?! I added a little nest of Lemon Lime Twist trim from the Ribbon Duo Combo Pack (that coordinates with the Zoo Crew Suite in the Annual Catalog). I love this trim – it adds something special to this card. I also added three Parakeet Party pearls from the 2022-2024 In Color Pearls (the pearls feature a variety of tones that make each pearl work well with other colors). Here’s a closer look:
Lemon Lime Twist and Pool Party are two of my all-time favorite colors – I love them separately or together. When Berry Burst was an In Color between 2017 and 2019, I wasn’t a huge fan. Now that it’s back, I’m totally in love. If you love this combination of Pool Party, Lemon Lime Twist and Berry Burst as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:
