Bloom Where You’re Planted

Stampin’ Up!’s 2025 Annual Catalog features projects with the Sweet Blooms Bundle that showcases lovely flowers and great sentiments for a variety of occasions. Here’s a card I made with the Sweet Blooms Bundle:

The phrase “Bloom where you’re planted” is such a perfect sentiment for someone going through a tough time. The encouraging idiom speaks to the importance of finding the resilience to overcome our current challenges and failures to seek happiness and success where we are.

I paired this saying with a playful pattern of flowers in the Floral Charm Designer Series Paper. Not only does the page provide a backdrop for the card, but I snipped two of the flowers from the paper to fill the space above the word “bloom.” Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in the Floral Charm Designer Series Paper:

The Mossy Meadow pattern on my card is also pulled from the Floral Charm Designer Series Paper – it’s found on the back of the floral pattern. How convenient!

Here’s a closer look at the sentiment on my card:

I cropped both layers of “bloom” with the Sweet Blooms Dies and layered them together with Adhesive Sheets. They are then popped up on the panel with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. The conclusion of the sentiment is heat embossed with White Embossing Powder.

I accented my card with three Antique Pearls. These off-white flat pearls gave me a pop of shine that also picked up the green from the Mossy Meadow background. Here’s a look at these pearls:
