I love a great mix of beautiful patterns on a card. Today’s project combines three designs from the Christmas Tags & More Specialty Designer Series Paper—two greens and one red—that create the perfect foundation for a festive collage of Holiday images. Here’s the card I made to share with you today:

Christmas Tags & More Specialty Designer Series Paper, Stampin' Up!, Brian KingThere’s not a lot of stamping on this card (but it’s there!). The main point of my design is simple: you need the Christmas Tags & More Specialty Designer Series Paper. Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in this festive pack:

Christmas Tags & More Mix & Match Specialty Designer Series Paper, Stampin' Up!, 165907The pack includes 8 each of 4 double-sided designs and 4 pages of punch-out images (2 of each design). It’s perfect for all your Holiday projects! Please note that this paper is currently unavailable—I didn’t realize that until after my post was written—but if you click the image above, you can request an email alert when it’s back in stock (expected mid-November).

Below is a closer look at the red cardinal, holly, and plaid banner (all from the punch-out sheets) and the sentiment I heat-embossed in white with Wow! Embossing Powder. Together, they create a rich red collage at the heart of this card:

Seasonal Tags, Stampin' Up! 165825To finish the design, I added three small Real Red sequins from the Traditional Sparkling Sequins. I love the little shine they bring to the cluster! Here’s a look at these festive embellishments:

Traditional Sparkling Sequins, Stampin' Up! 165875I don’t always love punch-out images, but the variety in this pack—Christmas trees, wreaths, candy canes, and ornaments—makes it an absolute delight to use. Such fun!

Combining coordinating papers and pre-punched elements is an easy way to create polished, layered cards in no time. The Christmas Tags & More Specialty Designer Series Paper offers everything you need—color, texture, and ready-made accents—for quick, beautiful Holiday designs.

  2. Hi Brian
I love that you used this DSP pack to create a fun holiday card! I bought this DSP and the matching cards and envelopes but haven’t had a chance to play with it! Thanks for sharing this awesome card!

  3. Perfect mix of prints and a great layout! Sweet card!

  4. I love the Christmas card! So elegant! I have to say I do enjoy playing with the “Punch Outs”!

  5. Great Christmas card. Enjoy your day!

  6. I love carnations. They don’t have a strong fragrance and last a long time. We have a small plant that we managed to keep going for the past two summers and that makes me so happy.
