A Classy Happy Birthday with Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper

Yesterday I shared a card I made with the Lovely Arrangements Bundle and Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper (if you missed that card, you can see it here). While I have so many new products to play with, I simply couldn’t put this paper away without making another card to share with you. Here’s the second card I made with this gorgeous pack of papers:

The Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper is packed with gorgeous designs – however will you decide which side of the paper to use? Good news! You don’t have to. The pack includes three each of four double-sided designs – and every page is an A+ design. Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in the Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper:

Any of these patterns can be a brilliant foundation for a card. Today’s card came together easily thanks to the page of cut-apart sheets included in the pack. Again, there are three sheets of this design in the Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper – such a thoughtful and versatile addition:

The image I used is the second one on the second row. I trimmed around the white edge of the image to create a 2-3/4″ x 4″ layer. So classy. So beautiful! I framed that piece with Secret Sea cardstock, then again with Crumb Cake cardstock, and popped the whole thing up on a stunning Secret Sea patterned sheet from the Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper. Can you believe I added so many layers?! 🙂

To add a tiny bit of texture and a little bit of movement to my card, I tied a small bow of Linen Thread and attached it to the focal panel. I stamped the sentiment from Lovely Arrangements with Secret Sea ink and cropped it using the slim die from the coordinating set. Here’s a closer look:

To finish the card, I added three shiny gems from the 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls – two medium-sized and one small – clustered around the sentiment. Such a perfect finishing touch!

Last Thoughts

The cut-apart sheets in the Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper make card-making quick, easy, and incredibly elegant. This pack is full of beautiful patterns and soft color combinations, and it’s perfect for creating polished cards with very little effort. If you love pretty paper that does most of the work for you, this one’s a must-have.
