Earlier this week, I shared one of the projects from my local stamp club. If you missed the Lots to Love Boxes we made, you can see them here. After my club members finished the box and the cards inside, we moved on to a fun trio of sweet cards I designed with the Fruit Basket bundle. Here are the three cards we made:
It took me a while to break open the Itty Bitty Fruit Punch Pack and coordinating Fruit Basket stamp set. I wsan’t sure how I’d use the sweet images, so I stayed away. When I studied the stamp set, though, I realized how perfect it is for Valentine’s Day! What fun!
Here’s a closer look at each of the three cards:
The “hello friend” pineapple card features Pear Pizzazz, Daffodil Delight and Early Espresso:
The “we make a great pear” card showcases Soft Suede and Peekaboo Peach:
The “you are the sweetest” card features Basic Black, Real Red and a touch of Emerald Envy:
How cute are these for little Valentine’s Day cards or notes to friends?! Each of the three cards has the same layout and concept with different colors and fruits. The Fruit Basket stamp set contains stamp images to build a pear, a strawberry, a pineapple and a slice of citrus. There’s an outline image for each with the pieces to fill in the image. Here’s a look at the Fruit Basket stamp set:
Here’s the fun part – there’s an Itty Bitty Fruit Punch Pack that coordinates with the set. There’s a fun point of interest that makes this punch pack special. Instead of punching around the outline of each fruit, the Itty Bitty Fruit Punches crop out the inside of the fruit. These are tiny fruits, and they are adorable! Here’s a look at these must-have punches:
How cute are they!? In order to keep all of the inks with the coordinating stamps and the punches with the coordinating fruit images, I set up this project on a tall table so the club members could come to the product vs. passing the product around the table. Here’s a peek at my club members, hard at work:
We had a lot of fun with these simple cards. Aside from all the papers and inks listed above, here’s a list of all the products we used to make these fun card:
What do you think? Aren’t these little images adorable?!
Thanks for stopping by today!

These are beyond precious. I love all the “open space” and the simple little piece of fruit!
Thanks, Mary! I felt like the open spaces pushed focus to the tiny fruits (without making them bigger). I love these little guys!
Sweet little cards Brian!
Thanks, Dawn! We had fun with them.
This bundle was actually the number one bundle on my order. Now that it’s here I love it even more then just seeing it in the catalog. I love these little quick and easy Valentine’s Day cards Brian and, as always, your color choices are perfect. I hope you don’t mind if I use your color combo’s with my cards using this set. Great job.
Now, why would I mind that, Grace!? 🙂 I’m happy for you to use them. Thanks so much for your sweet comment!
