To a Wild Rose with the Bird Ballad Tin

As one of the gifts at my Fall Stamp-Along event last week, I gave attendees a tin of Bird Ballad Laser-Cut Cards. Not only are the cards and envelopes gorgeous, but the tin, itself, is a beautiful gift. I was happy to share these cards with the attendees. No gift is complete without a sweet wrap or tag, so I got busy cropping an stamping tags. Here’s the tag I attached to each tin of Bird Ballad Laser-Cut Cards:

  • The Stamps. The sweet-and-simple tag is build with one bundle and one stamp set. The outline of the big flower and coordinating leaf are stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black on Thick Very Vanilla and the stamped again with color from one of the two stamps that can be used. I cropped the flower and leaves with the Wild Rose Dies that coordinate with this stamp set. Even the incredible Crumb Case base of the tag was cropped with the Wild Rose Dies. I LOVE the sentiments in this set – they are a beautiful mix of fonts that are classic with a modern touch. Here’s a look at some of these tags, lined up on my craft table:To a Wild Rose Tag, Stampin' Up!, Brian KingTo pair with the Petal Pink and gold tin, I made flowers in three colors – Petal Pink, Rococo Rose and Seaside Spray. While these inks weren’t used together on one project, I think they are stunning as a group. If you like this combination of Petal Pink, Rococo Rose and Seaside Spray, please save this:Stampin' Up!
