My Mom’s birthday is tomorrow. If you’ve followed me long enough, then you know Mom loves blue flowers (blue flowers are a birthday and Mother’s Day tradition). My friend, Donna Mikasa, is hosting the sketch challenge this week at the CAS(E) This Sketch challenge, and I couldn’t love it more. There are so many ways to interpret a sketch and make it your own, but I loved the simplicity of her sketch so much that I simply followed it to make a card I can be happy with. Here’s my card for Mom and for this week’s CTS challenge:

- Happy Birthday to You. Sale-a-Bration is Stampin’ Up!’s annual earnings promotion. There are lots of exclusive products you can choose from with every $50 you spend during the three-month sale. The sentiment on my card is a from the must-have Peaceful Moments stamp set, available by itself or as part of the Peaceful Moments Bundle. So many great sentiments in this set! Here’s a look: 
- Coordination Product Release. My colorful cake is cropped with the Birthday Dies, part of an upcoming promotion you’ll want to study hard. Starting in February, Stampin’ Up! is kicking off a Coordination Product Release during which you can buy dies and papers that coordinate with items found in this year’s Sale-a-Bration brochure and January – June 2020 Mini Catalog. Demonstrators can buy these items now (and even add them to their Starter Kit when they sign up). Here’s a look at the Birthday Dies:Â
The stamp set is wonderful, but the dies really add to the versatility and usefulness of the stamp set. Love that! You can see all of the items offered in the Coordination Product Release that kicks off in February here:

Hey Cindy, Thanks! I didn’t alter the cake at all. I thought it looked small on my card so I trimmed the panel behind it. I kept trimming that base until the cake almost overlapped its borders. It’s all optical illusion. 🙂
