This One’s on Me with Stampin’ Up!’s Mini Coffee Cups

Sometimes you just have an idea and you just have to sit down and make what’s in your head. I really wanted to play with Stampin’ Up!’s Mini Coffee Cups, so I made some little treat holders to give to some special friends. I created one design that I executed with two different papers in two different color combinations. Here are the cups I made:

Warm Hugs Bundle, Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper, Mini Coffee Cups, Stampin Up!, Brian King Warm Hugs Bundle, Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper, Mini Coffee Cups, Stampin Up!, Brian KingEach cup is wrapped with one of the patterns from the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper – very simple, but oh-so-sweet – that is cropped with the Warm Wraps Dies. The front of each cup is layered with a stamped sentiment from the Warm Hugs stamp set and also cropped with the Warm Wraps Dies. This layer is attached to a 1-3/4″ circle with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (the width of the ring is perfect for Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals). The little trees on the inside of the circles are cropped with the Warm Wraps Dies and adorned with a Real Red Wonderful Gem, part of the Wonder of the Season Suite on page 31 of the August – December 2020 Mini Catalog. The larger circle is attached to the cups with a Stampin’ Dimensional to allow it to pop off the cup on the sides.

Here’s a look at the Warm Hugs Bundle that was used to stamp and crop these items:

Warm Hugs Bundle, Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper, Mini Coffee Cups, Stampin Up!, Brian KingWant to know what’s inside each of these Mini Coffee Cups?! I’ll give you a hint – it’s not coffee. I filled each of these cups with a trail mix I first experienced at a retreat almost 12 years ago. Each is filled with Golden Grahams cereal (if you’ve never had these, they are a cereal that tastes like sweetened graham crackers), mini marshmallows and M&M’s (they tend to sink to the bottom, but you can see a blue one in the top of the picture below).
