You are the Best – Celebration Labels Tags

I recently had the opportunity to crank out a bunch of tags for small gift rewards to team members and customers. It can be a daunting task to create tags when I’m making a lot of them – they should be simple enough for me to make multiples, but they should be varied enough that I can still have a little fun with them.

My simple tags showcase a variety of new products from Stampin’ Up!’s August – December 2020 Mini Catalog and Stampin’ Up!’s 2020 Annual Catalog. I love combining multiple products in a way that seems they were made for each other.

Here’s a look at some of the tags:

Tasteful Touches, Celebration Labels Dies, Plaid Tidings, Stampin Up!, Brian KingCan you identify the products from Stampin’ Up!’s August – December 2020 Mini Catalog? The layered tags feature two of the Celebration Labels Dies, which are part of the Celebration Tidings Bundle (found on page 58 of Stampin’ Up!’s August – December 2020 Mini Catalog). I adore the shape of these dies – and they layer perfectly with one another. Here’s a look at the Celebration Tidings Bundle:

I LOVE these papers that can be used for a lot of projects throughout the year. Here’s a look at the colors and patters in the Plaid Tidings 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper:

Here’s a look at the Tasteful Touches Bundle:

Tasteful Touches Bundle, Stampin Up!, 154098Since Pear Pizzazz is not used in any of these paper designs, I opted to cut all of my mistletoe with Pear Pizzazz for a sweet accent to the pages. As I made these tags, it was fun to change-up the inks I used to stamp the sentiment so that each sentiment paired perfectly with the panel beneath. Here’s a look at four of the tags:

One more thing to note (because I like to tell you everything) – I misfiled some Shimmery White cardstock in my Thick Whisper White cardstock folder, so some people received tags that were just a little more shimmery than others. ♥

Here’s a list of the products I used to create these fun tags:

Stamps: Tasteful Touches  Papers: Plaid Tidings 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper, Pear Pizzazz, Thick Whisper White, Shimmery White  Inks: Cherry Cobbler, Balmy Blue, Cajun Craze, Pretty Peacock  Accessories: Celebration Labels Dies, Christmas Layers Dies, Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, Magnetic Platform, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Good morning, Brian! What as great tags! The Plaid Tidings DSP and the Pear ? Pizzazz sprigs are so fun!
Actually, they are “so pretty” but “pretty and plaid”, at first didn’t seem quite the way to describe them … but they are both fun and pretty! Oh dear, both the Celebration Labels and the Christmas Layers Dies are just so tempting ?? Have a great week! And thank you so much ?

    • Thank you so much, Suzie! There’s no question about the plaid paper – it’s a must have. The Celebration Labels Dies took me a bit to warm up to, but now I’m 100% in love. ♥ They are so versatile.

  2. Sweet tags!

  3. Love the PLAID ! I have that paper ,but have not cut into it yet .I like your idea of putting the tags on a card front !
    Cute project !

  4. Love these as a group. Diggin’ the plaid!

  5. Cute tags Brian, I am mad about plaid!

  6. WOW my friend……These tags are AWESOME. The ‘Celebration Labels Dies’ has quickly become one of my favorite labeling dies available. So many different things you can do with this set. TFS!

  7. Pear Pizzazz is the perfect complement to all the plaids. So sweet and I love the matching ink. Love these tags. Enjoy your day!

    • Thank you so much, Hilda! I love the colors in these plaids and knew I didn’t want to try to match greens – so “goes with green” was great for me! Hope your day is wonderful, too!

  8. They are adorable esp with the plaid! Good idea!

  9. I love the plaid papers and I love the tags you made. I’m not crazy about plaids in my quilts because they are hard to cut straight but with the papers it’s not a problem. I have seemed to gravitate toward the 6″ X 6″ plaid paper stacks a LOT lately and hope they remain part of next years catalogs. Thanks for sharing as always. Just beautiful!

    • I love plaids, too, Grace – and I also love the 6″ x 6″ stacks. The smaller patterns make them easy to work with. Thank you, as always, for your comments – love to hear from you.

  10. Oh my friend, those tags are so beautiful, good job ♥️♥️♥️????
    Tfs hugs Frenchie ♥️

  11. Brian, these are absolutely adorable! Plaid is a secret obsession of mine. Probably why I think school uniforms are cute. And your tags are so versatile as you demonstrated. Great job Brian.

  12. Home run as always. (Using the plaid DSP is addictive, isn’t it? Good thing the pack is so generously sized!) The tags are the perfect showcase for the dies and the sentiment. Lucky recipients! <3

  13. Great tags, Brian. They are happy tags!! Love the plaid and the dies. Together, a perfect match. Beautiful work!
