The Big Winner
I asked you to share which upcoming holiday (Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas) are you most looking forward to and why?
My response – I’ve always loved Christmas, but Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday. I love that we can get together as a family (large, extended family or just mom) to eat and enjoy spending time together. I love the food, the weather and the stress-free time with family.
After almost 150 responses, it’s nearly impossible to determine the favorite holiday – some of you love Halloween, but the rest are almost equally split between Thanksgiving and Christmas. One thing was clear as I read through each of your responses – your beloved holidays are centered around family. This has been a crazy year without a lot of family gathers, so many are hoping to spend your favorite holiday with your children or grandchildren or parents. I wish that for you, too.
I enjoyed reading all of the responses, but I had to randomly select a winner. The winning response came in just before 4:00pm on Saturday. The winner of this blog candy giveaway is Kathy Trent. Like many of you (and me), Kathy is really excited about Thanksgiving. ♥ Here’s Kathy’s response:
