Have a Peachy Day!

I’m not so sure I would have zeroed in on the You’re a Peach Suite in Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog if I weren’t a Georgia boy, but I am so I zeroed right in on it. There’s so much to love in this suite, and I’m going to show you some of those things (and some other things) today. Here’s my sweet and simple card:

Sweet as a Peach Bundle, Stampin Up! Brian KingIt’s simple – yes. But it’s sweet (like a peach), right?

You're a Peach Suite, Stampin Up! 2021 Annual CatalogThe You’re a Peach Suite is filled to the brim with beauty AND charm – would you expect anything less from a Southern staple? The You’re a Peach Suite Collection (#155831) features three products:

  • Sweet as a Peach Bundle (#155823)
  • You’re a Peach Designer Series Paper (#155686)
  • Mini Jam Jars (#155685)

A link to the You’re a Peach Suite Collection is provided at the bottom of this post. Today’s project features the Sweet as a Peach stamp set and a strip of the You’re a Peach Designer Series Paper. Here’s a look at the Sweet as a Peach Bundle, which includes the Sweet as a Peach photopolymer stamp set and coordinating Peach Dies:

Sweet as a Peach Bundle, Stampin Up! 155823There are some really great images and adorable sentiments in this set! I didn’t feature it on my card today, but I want to point out something pretty amazing about this set – the branch of leaves can be combined with the trio of peaches or the trio of flowers. Love that!

Here’s a closer look at the sentiment on my card that I stamped with Calypso Coral on Pale Papaya cardstock:

Sweet as a Peach Bundle, Picture This Dies, Stampin Up! Brian King

How sweet is that sentiment?! The sentiment is cropped with two circles from a new set of dies in the catalog that are featured in some projects (see page 67) but not tied to a bundle. While the die can be used to create a peek-a-boo panel, it can also be used to create a bunch of stitched circles. Yay! Here’s a look at the Picture This Dies:

Picture This Dies, Stampin Up!, 155559The 1-1/2″ strip of You’re a Peach Designer Series Paper provides a beautiful backdrop for this sweet sentiment. The colors in this paper (not just this sheet) helped me to pick the colors for my card. Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in the You’re a Peach Designer Series Paper:

You're a Peach Designer Series Paper, Stampin Up!, 155686Even though Balmy Blue isn’t showcased in the strip I chose for this card, I knew it would be a beautiful accent since it looks so great with these colors in the pack of papers. Not only does Balmy Blue make an appearance on the base of my card, I added two strips of Balmy Blue cardstock that reach 3/4 of the way across the cardfront – one “moves” from left-to-right, and one “moves” right-to-left. If you like this mixture of Pale Papaya, Calypso Coral and Balmy Blue as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:
