Yesterday I shared a coffee-themed thank you card I made for a wonderful friend with the Artistically Inked stamp set and some other favorites (if you missed that card, you can see it here). Today I’m sharing another thank you card I made for another wonderful friend – and I used the same stamp set to build a watercolored background for my card. Here’s the card I made:
The Artistically Inked Bundle offers a collection of gorgeous watercolored images that debuted in Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog – and the coordinating dies (thought not showcased on this card) are a must-have. Here’s a look at the Artistically Inked Bundle:
It’s a gorgeous collection, right?! I know the watercolor ring is designed to represent a beautiful flower, but it’s also a beautiful foundation for a heart that is bursting with thanksgiving. Here’s a closer look at the stamped image at the heart of my card:
The sentiment on my card is pulled from the Dahlia Days stamp set – I love the font and the other sentiments in the set. I’ve included a link to the product at the base of the post.
I love to mix colors from different Stampin’ Up! color families. While Polished Pink is an In Color, I consider it a bright pink that I’ve paired with Pool Party (a Subtle blue) and Smoky Slate (a soft Neutral). If you like this mix of Smoky Slate, Pool Party and Polished Pink as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:
