Is there anything more peaceful than the first snowfall of winter? I wanted to capture that with a snowfall of blue snowflakes with the Sparkling Snowflakes stamp set and a coordinating sentiment from the Christmas Classics stamp set. Here’s the card I made to showcase the delicate snowflakes in this stamp set:
Before stamping the snowflakes on my card, I added a light haze of Pool Party ink across 1/3 of the Basic White panel with a Blending Brush. I stamped the snowflakes in a mix of Pool Party, Coastal Cabana and Misty Moonlight inks. This is such a beautiful stamp set! While my card showcases the beautiful, snowflake images in the stamp set, I didn’t use the coordinating punch on this project. Here’s a look at a catalog sample that showcases a gorgeous purple backdrop of snowflakes and the coordinating punch:
The sentiment on my card is Perfect for a snowfall, don’t you think? The beautifully scripted “Peace on Earth” was pulled from the Christmas Classics stamp set and punched with the 2-3/8″ Circle Punch. The left side of my focal panel features a 1/2″ band of Night of Navy and Misty Moonlight strips pulled from the Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper (from Stampin’ Up!’s 2023 Annual Catalog). Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in the all-occasion Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper:
