As soon as I saw the black-and-white pages of the Rock & Roll Designer Series Paper, I knew I’d be adding a little color to the pages to give them a new look. That is exactly NOT what I did today. Today’s card stays pretty neutral, but I think you’ll like the pun I’ve showcased in front of the panels of beat-boxes and turntables. Here’s the first card I’ve made with the Rock & Roll Designer Series Paper:

I don’t yet have the Rock Star Bundle that coordinates with this paper or the new Rock Legend Kit, so I ran my finger of the spines of all my stamp sets to find the perfect sentiment for the circles and turntables on this panel of Rock & Roll Designer Series Paper. I knew I’d found it when I came across this sentiment from the Run on Wheels stamp set:
I was looking for a “for the record” but was happy with “at every turn”. This sentiment is perfect for a birthday, graduation or retirement. Such fun! I heat-embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder on Basic Black cardstock and punched it with my 2-3/8″ Circle Punch. Here’s a look at the Fun on Wheels Bundle, new in Stampin’ Up!’s 2023 Annual Catalog:
I accented my focal sentiment with three Basic Black Classic Matte Dots, also from the 2023 Annual Catalog.
