I had so much fun with the punched background on the card I shared with you on Saturday that I couldn’t stop there! I’ve been itching to play with the gorgeous papers in the Delicate Dreams Specialty Designer Series Paper pack – especially since it’s been on backorder for so long – so creating these projects has made me very happy.
Here’s the card I made to share with you today:
Like Saturday’s project, this card is built around two primary products: the Delicate Dreams Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Rounded Rectangle Punch from the Exciting Times Bundle.

How gorgeous are the blue flowers and bronze accents on this sheet from the Delicate Dreams Specialty Designer Series Paper? The rich colors and specialty details make these papers feel extra special, and they do so much of the work for you when designing a card.

- Delicate Dreams Specialty Designer Series Paper – 3-3/4″ x 3-1/4″
- Hydrangea Hue – 5-1/8″ x 2-7/8″
- Delicate Dreams Specialty Designer Series Paper – 5″ x 2-3/4″
- Stampin’ Dimensionals
- Delicate Dreams Specialty Designer Series Paper – punched with the Rounded Rectangle Punch
- Stampin’ Dimensionals
- Earthen Toned Metallic Specialty Paper – 1/8″ x 3-3/4″
- Basic White – 2-3/4″ x 7/16″
I added a trio of Adhesive-Backed Metallic Gems for a little more shine – as if it needed more. 🙂
Last Thoughts
The Delicate Dreams Specialty Designer Series Paper was definitely worth the wait. Between the beautiful floral patterns, metallic accents, and coordinating colors, it’s easy to create elegant cards with very little effort. Pairing these papers with the Rounded Rectangle Punch creates a simple focal point that lets the paper shine.
