Blog Candy Giveaway – Happy Birthday Gorgeous

Today is a very special day. It’s my birthday! On this day, many year ago, my mother was first introduced to my my smiling face. She says I was always a happy baby, and I believe her when she says it. Here’s a picture of my mom opening the hand-made gift she gave me to celebrate my special day:

Happy Birthday Gorgeous Suite, Stampin' Up!

OK, so that’s not my mom’s hands. That’s a picture from Stampin’ Up!’s 2017 Annual Catalog – the introduction to the Happy Birthday Gorgeous suite of products. You already knew that (I love that about you).

While I am not one to build excitement around my “birthday month” or “birthday week,” I don’t want to prevent you from celebrating my birthday with me. If each one of you could swing by my house today, I’d share a big piece of my coconut cake with each of you. That’s just the kind of person I am.

So…I can’t give you cake, but I can give you great Stampin’ Up! products! To celebrate my birthday, I’m hosting a Blog Candy Giveaway – I’m giving away a bundle of products from Stampin’ Up!’s Happy Birthday Gorgeous suite – I love each one of these items and am excited to share them with you.

Here’s what one lucky respondent will receive:

Wow! That’s a lot of great stuff, huh? All you have to do to qualify is answer one simple question (and be a resident of the United States):

What is your favorite kind of birthday cake?

You can also leave sweet comments about how much you love Stampin’ Up! or the cards I share or my mom, but that won’t influence the winner. ? If you REALLY want to give me a wonderful gift, pop into my online store and buy yourself something you’ll love. ❤️

I’ll pick one winner on Sunday night.

  1. Happy Birthday, Brian! My favorite kind of birthday cake is lemon meringue pie! There were so many birthdays close together in my family while growing up that by the time mine rolled around, I was ‘caked out’ and requested pie, instead. Nothing better than my late mother’s lemon meringue. I can still taste it!

  40. Most definitely, made from scratch Angel Food with 7 minute boiled frosting. My oldest sister made these for me as far back as I can remember until she passed away. I’ve made them for our daughter and she is 56 years old. A few days later we always make a Sunshine Cake with the leftover 12 egg yolks. Such good memories. Have a wonderful birthday Brian.
