I was excited to play with some of my new products this weekend. As Stampin’ Up!’s 2020 Annual Catalog goes live this coming week (can you believe we can place orders on Wednesday?!), I’m just getting around to some of the demonstrator pre-order items I picked up. Today’s card features an incredible die and fun sentiment from the Many Mates Bundle. Here’s my card:
Tips, Tricks and Reminders
- Many Mates Bundle. The Many Mates Bundle pairs an incredible background die with some really wonderful sentiments and a few layering elements. There are so many great ways to showcase the elements in the Many Medallions Dies. I just love it! Here’s a look at the sentiments in the Many Mates set and the dies in the Many Medallions Dies:
Here’s what makes these dies so awesome – they can be used to create a large design (the largest die is 5-3/8″ x 4-3/16″), but that cutout can easily be snipped into strips, squares or other patterns. I snipped into the die to create the cutout on my card. - Stitched So Sweetly. You don’t have to wait for the new catalog to go live to order up a set of the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. These dies debuted in Stampin’ Up!’s January – June 2020 Mini Catalog as a part of the So Sentimental Bundle. While both the dies and set will be carried into the 2020 Annual Catalog, the bundle (a 10% discount) also carries forward. Here’s a look at the Stitched So Sweetly Dies:
I layered two of these dies to frame the sentiment on my card. Here’s a closer look:
- My Go-To Color Combination. For the start of this project, I knew I wanted to use a soothing combination of colors. My go-to color combination for tranquil and beautiful is Smoky Slate, Pool Party and Pretty Peacock. I just love it! If you like this mix of Smoky Slate, Pool Party and Pretty Peacock, please save this for future reference:

I too love Pretty Peacock and your combining it with Smokey Slate and Pool Party is absolutely awesome! For some reason I have overlooked the Many Medallions dies but now that I’ve seen them “in action” I’m thinking they are a must have.
