You’re Absolutely Amazing Gift Boxes

I love the versatility of Stampin’ Up! products – we can use our papers, inks and stamps for making cards, making gifts/tags and documenting life. I recently made small gifts for some of my team members who’ve reached milestones as demonstrators. I was just as excited by the packaging of the gifts I shared as I was with the gifts and card that were included inside. Today I want to share these gifts as a fun idea for gift giving:

While Stampin’ Up!’s Mini Pizza Boxes (retired, white boxes that perfectly fit small gifts that are housed on top of my paper shelf) are retired and gone, I still have a stash that I use for little gifts. I reached for my Mini Pizza Boxes to package a few goodies and accidentally pulled down two gold Mini Pizza Boxes. Knowing there are lots of shiny gold products to decorate these shiny boxes, I was excited with that choice.

I’ve decorated these boxes with all-new products that I’m excited to share. Here’s a closer look at the design on top of my gold box:

  • A Pretty Peacock cardstock square serves as the base for the box top design.
  • I added a square of the Shining Brightly Specialty Designer Series Paper to the Pretty Peacock base. I love the Very Vanilla and gold foil designs!
  • I added a strip of Pretty Peacock cardstock and a sentiment (stamped with the Colors & Contours stamp set using Pretty Peacock ink on Thick Very Vanilla cardstock and cropped with the Scalloped Contours Dies). The sentiment says everything I want it to say.
  • I added three gold Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems to add a little extra shine to the project.

Here’s a look at the gorgeous patterns and colors in the Shining Brightly Specialty Designer Series Paper (which was unorderable late last week but back in stock this week)

Shining Brightly Specialty Designer Series Paper, Stampin Up!, 162378 The gold/Very Vanilla and gold/Night of Navy designs in the Shining Brightly papers are amazing. I love the green-blue tones of rich Pretty Peacock and love the way it looks with gold. If you love this combination of Very Vanilla, gold and Pretty peacock as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:

  1. Love the details and how you used the designer paper!

  2. The recipients will be overjoyed to receive these gorgeous boxes of goodies! Enjoy your day!

  3. Lovely boxes and love the pop of Pretty Peacock!

  4. These are beautiful, Brian. I really love our little boxes. The current Scalloped Boxes that hold a gift card are great and I’ve bought so many this year, for a craft show I’m doing in October. The gift card fits snugly into a cardboard piece, and there’s plenty of room to put a small gift of candy or lotion under it. I am sure your team members will love your gift! A nice gesture from you, packaged so perfectly,
