Love & Thanks with Memorable Blooms

When I start a project, I am often distracted or change coarse midway through. Can you even imagine such a thing?! I cropped the beautiful flowers from the Memorable Blooms Dies nearly two weeks ago, and the gorgeous cut out has been bouncing around my craft room. I reference it every time I sit down to create and see it out of the corner of my eye while I’m in business meetings at work. That cut out is always on my mind, so you can imagine the sense of accomplishment I feel when I finally put that die into this card:

The Memorable Blooms Bundle features gorgeous flowers and awesome sentiments, but the coordinating dies take this bundle from “really nice” to “must have this right now.” The set of dies contains one die that cuts an octagon with detailed flowers into a piece of paper AND one die that cuts an octagon frame in case you want to crop those flowers out. Here’s a look at the Memorable Blooms Bundle from Stampin’ Up!’s 2025 Spring Mini Catalog:

I cropped the flowers from a piece of Pretty Peacock cardstock, adding the outside frame to completely remove the frame from the paper. I cropped the outer frame from a 3-3/4″ x 5″ piece of Thick Basic White cardstock (note the detailed design on the outside of the die) and positioned a water colored design from the Everyday Happiness Designer Series Paper behind it. I added the Pretty Peacock cutouts to complete the design. Here’s a closer look:

Did you pay attention to the detailed design around the outside of the octagon (I asked you to note them, so I feel certain you did). I carefully positioned this paper behind the cutouts to follow the floral cutouts. Here’s a look at the gorgeous colors and patterns in the Everyday Happiness Designer Series Paper:

I added a sentiment from the Memorable Blooms stamp set and accented my design with three Lost Lagoon Riverside Irregular Pearls and framed the focal panel with Pretty Peacock.
