Today I’m sharing a quick-and-easy fun-fold card that features three products that were added to the Last Chance List this past week (that means these products will be retired and unavailable as soon as they sell out). My card showcases the following products:
- Friends for Life Bundle
- Friends of the Ocean Designer Series Paper
- Ocean Friends Bundle
Here’s the friend-filled card I’m excited to share with you today:
If you’ve eyed any of these products (but haven’t checked out with them in your cart), now is a great time to pick them up!
I adore the sentiments in the Friends for Life stamp set and LOOOVE the layered “friend” I used in today’s project. What a versatile and fun word! Here’s a look at the Friends for Life Bundle:
The Friends for Life Dies are currently offered at a 20% discount, so you save a little bit more by buying these products separately (rather than in the bundle): Friends for Life stamp set (#163359) and Friends for Life Dies (#163364).
The front of my card features two pages of the Friends of the Ocean Designer Series Paper (both are cropped with the Perennial Postage Dies). Even if you don’t love the sea life images in the papers, the other patterns are really great! Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in the Friends of the Ocean Designer Series Paper:
The “hello” sentiment is pulled from the Ocean Friends stamp set, which is also in the Last Chance List. Here’s a look at this fun, ocean-friendly bundle:
You might not be able to see the “fancy fold” element of my card from the first photo, but … I trimmed 1/16″ off the side of the front to make room for a 1″ hinge. The front panel of Designer Series Paper (backed with Melon Mambo) lifts up with the hinge to reveal the paper beneath:
That flap opens up to reveal the yet-to-be-designed panel inside the card. I left it open so I could add a hand-written note or sentiment at a later time.
I peppered the front panel of my card with Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels – they add a little shine and look like little bubbles around the sentiment, don’t you think?
Stamps: Ocean FriendsΒ Papers: Friends of the Ocean Designer Series Paper, Melon Mambo, Basic WhiteΒ Inks: Melon MamboΒ Accessories: Friends for Life Dies, Perennial Postage Dies, Adhesive Sheets, Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Thanks for stopping by today!

Hey Donna, Thanks! It’s a fun (and easy!) fold – I know you are going to love it. π
Wonderful way to showcase the paper! The card is just perfect !
Even a non-seafood lover (is there such a person?) would love it.
With the friend added it reaches out in special way! Love that
Fold!
Thanks so much, Barbara! I had fun with it and was happy to showcase it without any reference to the sea creatures. “Hello, friend” is great on any design, don’t you think?
