It’s time for another Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop – what fun! The Be Inspired Design Team is a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from all over the world who are excited to share our themed projects with you. I’m so honored to be a part of this group of talented stampers!
For today’s Be Inspired Blog Hop we are creating projects inspired by Floral Fun. I didn’t have to look far and wide to find some great floral inspiration from Stampin’ Up!’s current product line. I’ve created a simple card with a favorite pack of papers and a can’t-get-enough-of-it sentiment. Thanks for reading my post and hopping through the other blogs to see their projects!
Good Vibes
Is there anything more cheerful than a palette of beautiful flowers? I don’t think so! That’s exactly what inspired the card I’m sharing with you today. While the Celebratory Sips Designer Series Paper features several pages of glasses filled with refreshing drinks, it also showcases some stunning coordinating floral designs that are perfect for crafting. For today’s project, I’ve combined two of those floral patterns to create a card that’s full of color and charm (the green strip is also from the pack of papers). What fun! Here’s my card:
This card is sure to brighten anyone’s day! With flowers both in the background and forefront, the Celebratory Sips Designer Series Paper truly takes center stage in today’s card. I pulled two panels from this gorgeous paper pack to create a fun backdrop – the floral elements really come to life in the large panels. By snipping out the flowers both behind and in front of the sentiment, I added an extra pop of flowers, giving the card a beautiful depth.
Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in the Celebratory Sips Designer Series Paper:
The sentiment from the Sunshine Vibes stamp set adds a perfect finishing touch to my card! The mix of sentiments in this set is amazing, and “SENDING GOOD VIBES” fits so perfectly on the Modern Oval Punch – bonus! I heat embossed the sentiment to add that extra bit of shine and dimension, which really makes the cheery message pop. If you haven’t checked out the Sunshine Vibes Bundle yet, it’s a must-have and perfect for so many occasions! Here’s a look at the Bundle:
To finish off the card, I added a trio of Holographic Resin Dots, which seamlessly meld into the design while giving it just the right touch of shine. These little embellishments are perfect because they don’t overpower the floral elements, but they add that subtle sparkle that elevates the whole card. It’s the perfect balance between soft and striking! Plus, their holographic shine catches the light just right, making the card feel extra special. It’s all about those small details that make a big impact!
I hope you’ll continue the Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop to see more projects by my talented friends – I know you’ll love them. If I were asked to name talented crafters who know how to work with flowers, Emma would immediately be at the top of my list – and she is next stop on this Floral Fun Blog Hop. Please hop over to see what Emma Goddard has made. ♥ Click on the banner below to continue through the hop:
I hope you’ll hop through the rest of the projects in this lineup. In case you get off-track at any point during the hop, here’s a listing of all the participants in this hop:

Classic and cool. I hadn’t even noticed that floral pattern in celebratory sips. You used it beautifully.
Thanks, Mary! This pack of papers is filled to the brim with luscious patterns and colors.
A wonderful card Brian. I love the clean lines with the double panel of DSP and the special touches of fussy cut flowers around the sentiment.
Thanks, Angela! I started double-thinking the snipped flowers as I was snipping them, but I pressed on and was happy with what they added.
What a cheerful little card! And in my favorite hues- a real winner on a Wednesday!
Thanks, Cindie! These papers have really pressed me to use purples. Don’t think I had realized how much I like them.
What a great card Brian.
Than you so much, Lynn! ♥
