HI for Freshly Made Sketches

Cards are such a heartfelt way to check in with friends and family – to remind them they’re loved and appreciated. Today’s card does just that with a simple “HI,” dressed up with cheery flowers and other elements to make this card special. I was inspired by Linda’s sketch over at Freshly Made Sketches  – such a fun and flexible layout to work with! Here’s my card:

I’ve had my eye on the Party Dies Bundle for a while now—and for good reason! This brilliant collection of banner shapes and bold, large letters is a crafter’s dream. It’s definitely an investment piece, but one that I know will get plenty of use across so many projects—from birthday cards to party décor and everything in between. The versatility alone makes it worth it! Whether you’re personalizing a card or creating a custom banner, these dies are sure to make a big impact. Here’s a look at the incredible collection included in the Party Dies Bundle:

To create the sentiment on today’s card, I cropped the “H” and “I” from the floral page in the Celebratory Sips Designer Series Paper – aren’t they the sweetest? The floral pattern adds such a cheery vibe to the bold letters, and they really pop against the striped Old Olive background (also from the same paper pack). I love how the stripes not only add texture but also made it super easy to line up the letters neatly on the panel. It’s a simple detail, but it makes such a polished difference in the final look! I’m completely over-the-top in love with the Celebratory Sips Designer Series Papers – and if you’ve been following along, I’m sure you’ve noticed! This paper pack is bursting with charm and is incredibly versatile. I’ve already reached for it so many times, and it never disappoints!

Here’s a look at the beautiful colors and patterns in this must-have pack—you’ll see why it’s quickly become a favorite in my craft room!
