Most Wonderful Time Product Medley for FabFriday

On Tuesday I shared the items included in the Most Wonderful Time Product Medley – such a great collection of everything you need (except ink and adhesives) to make gorgeous cards. If you missed that post, you can read more here. I used the Most Wonderful Time stamp set, Specialty Designer Series Paper, dies and gold/white tinsel trim to complete my card for the FabFriday sketch challenge that kicks off today. What fun! Here’s my card:

Tips, Tricks and Reminders

  • Most Wonderful Time Product Medley. The Most Wonderful Time Product Medley is found on page 39 of Stampin’ Up!’s 2019 Holiday Catalog. I love the mix of patterns and fun products in the medley – there’s paper, stamps, dies, embellishments and more! Here’s a look at what’s included in the medley:Most Wonderful Time of the Year Product Medley, Stampin' Up! 150705I stamped my tree with the Most Wonderful Time stamp set and Old Olive ink. Before the Old Olive ink dried, I painted over the tree in small circles with my Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush. I wish this picture could show the shimmer on the tree that plays so well with the watercolored trees in the background (from the Specialty Designer Series Paper included in the medley). Most Wonderful Time Product Medley, Cup of Christmas, Stampin' Up!, Brian King
  • A Wad of Tinsel. As if a shiny, watercolored tree weren’t enough, I added a stylish wad of tinsel trim to the side of the beautiful label die to satisfy the ribbon element of this simple sketch. I TRIED to tie a bow, but this trim was too unruly. Instead, I ran it through the openings of the die and tied it off. It gave me that perfect pom I didn’t know I wanted. 🙂 Here’s a closer look: Most Wonderful Time Product Medley, Cup of Christmas, Stampin' Up!, Brian King
  • Color Combination. While this product medley features Old Olive, Real Red and Gold Foil, I  built my card from this Old Olive and Gold Foil page of trees. I added a panel of Pretty Peacock around the paper and on top of the paper – couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The Pretty Peacock adds to the richness of the card – such a beautiful blue with green tones. If you like this combination of Gold Foil, Old Olive and Pretty Peacock, please save this:Stampin' Up! World Card Making Day/Brian’s Fall Stamp-Along

If you are a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator who is attending OnStage in Atlanta, Georgia, I’d love to invite you to join me for a fun day of fun stamping inspiration, games, swaps and giveaways.

I haven’t yet opened registration for this year’s event (to be held on November 15 at the Atlanta Marriott Gateway), but that doesn’t mean you don’t want to get on the list to find out more when I know more. Stampin’ Up! moved this year’s event to a different location with few options for hosting my event. As such, I am only able to accommodate a smaller crowd that before. I am still working through several ideas for how I can include more people without taking away from the experience for those there.

Placing an order today? Of course you are! If you are placing an order for $150 or more, I want you to enjoy all of the Host Rewards you have earned.  If your order is less than $150, I’d love for you please add this Host Code – XCXRY327 when prompted. Thank you!
