As you may know, I host the Super-Awesome Fun Time Card Kits with my talented friend, Emma Goddard. The latest kits were boxed and mailed a couple of weeks ago, and they’ve now arrived in the hands of crafters across the country. One of my favorite parts of every kit launch is hearing from recipients after they open their packages. So many have reached out to tell me how much they love the projects we designed, and that excitement makes all the work that goes into these kits completely worthwhile. It’s always such a good time!
On Saturday I shared the sweet little thank-you tag I tucked into each package (if you missed that post, you can still check it out by clicking here). Today I thought I’d give you a closer look at everything that was included in this kit – which is now available as an online tutorial.
The Scenic Coast Kit
Our latest Super-Awesome Fun Time Card Kit was built around the beautiful Sunset Coast Bundle from Stampin’ Up!’s May-August 2026 Catalog. Emma and I paired it with the coordinating Scenic Coast 6″ x 6″ Specialty Designer Series Paper, and we had so much fun dreaming up projects with these gorgeous products.
Each kit included card bases and all of the pre-cut pieces needed to create the projects we designed. Along with the supplies, participants received a detailed PDF tutorial and a video walkthrough showing exactly how to stamp, cut and assemble each project while sharing plenty of tips and techniques along the way.
If you were able to purchase the Sunset Coast Bundle before it temporarily moved to “backorder status”, you’re going to love these projects. And if you’re still waiting for the bundle to return (it’s expected to be in stock this week!), the tutorial will give you plenty of inspiration to look forward to. The images and sentiments are absolutely gorgeous and work together beautifully.
Of course, the coordinating Scenic Coast 6″ x 6″ Specialty Designer Series Paper deserves plenty of attention, too. We incorporated these beautiful papers into many of the projects, adding wonderful texture, color and coastal charm throughout the collection.
Along with the papers and embellishments from the suite, each participant received everything needed to create seven cards with coordinating envelopes. We also included two Inspiration Cards to spark even more creative ideas and tucked in a few extra surprises just for fun.
One exciting change this year was the way Emma and I designed the projects. We each created three cards individually, then collaborated on a seventh card together. It was such a fun opportunity to blend our different styles into one design, and I absolutely love how it turned out. The instructions are included in the tutorial, but we’ll also be creating that collaborative card together during our bonus Zoom call later this month. How fun are we?! ♥
