You’ve Got [SNAIL] Mail!

Today’s card offers a fun sneak peak at what’s certain to be one of my favorite Designer Series Papers from Stampin’ Up!’s upcoming January – June 20201 Mini Catalog. Snail Mail is a collection of adorable mail-themed (and snail-themed) images in gorgeous colors. I can’t imagine a papercrafter who won’t fall in love with this paper and coordinating suite of products. I can’t wait for you to see all of it, but I have a sneak peak at some of it today. Here’s my card:

Snail Mail Designer Series Paper, Stampin Up!, Brian KingMy card was inspired by the CAS(E) This Sketch challenge that goes live today. Here’s the banner for the challenge that inspired my card:

CTS402How perfectly does the top, left corner of Chrissy’s sketch match up with this paper? Love it!

My card features some products from the Snail Mail Suite in Stampin’ Up!’s soon-to-be-released January – June 2021 Mini Catalog. You SHOULD be excited about this adorable suite because it’s incredible! Today I’m going to share with you some of those products.

For starters, here’s a look at the dripping-with-adorableness Snail Mail Designer Series Paper:

Snail Mail Designer Series Paper, 154577, Stampin Up!Adorable, right?! The colors in this pack of papers are EVERYTHING – Basic Gray, Bermuda Bay, Blushing Bride, Daffodil Delight and White. I absolutely love this combination of colors. Here are the three colors in my card that stand out to me the most:

Stampin Up! Color Inspiration - Blushing Bride, Real Red, Daffodil DelightIf you like this unexpected combination of Blushing Bride, Real Red and Daffodil Delight as much as I do, I hope you’ll save the graphic for future reference.

Almost all of my card is pulled from the Snail Mail Designer Series Paper – the Daffodil Delight corner of mail, the stitched stripe down the middle and the Real Red panel with Blushing Bride hearts. Even the snail is cropped from the Designer Series Paper with the Snail Dies that are part of this suite. Snail Mail Designer Series Paper, Stampin Up!, Brian KingThe only thing I stamped on this card is the sentiment, which is pulled from the Snailed It stamp set. Here’s a sneak peek:

Snailed It, Stampin Up!How adorable is this?! I love that the dies coordinate with the stamp set and the coordinating Designer Series Paper. The sentiment was cropped with the stitched banner from the Tasteful Labels Dies. This is one of the most versatile sets of dies – love these. Here’s a look:

I’ve mailed out catalogs for the January – June 2021 Mini Catalog and Sale-a-Bration to my preferred customers. If you would like to be my customer or want to make sure you are on my list, please email me here.

I hope you’ll pop over to the CAS(E) This Sketch site to see the cards by the design team members and to play along with this week’s challenge.

Thanks for stopping by today!

    Dear Brian,
How adorable is this card! The snails ? ? are so cute.
And who doesn’t love to give or receive “happy mail”.
I loved being reminded of the movie “You’ve Got Mail” by the other mail sentiment. And, of course, the DSP has such fun colors. Thank you for the Sneak Peek, Brian.

    • I was so happy to share this one, Suzie! I think the snails are adorable, too, but it’s the colors in this paper that really send me over the edge in love. ♥
