Happy Easter! If you are here for some fun Easter inspiration, don’t despair – I’m sharing a quick parade at the tail-end of this post. I hope you are able to spend today with the friends or family (or alone) as you wish. Perhaps a bit of chocolate or a boiled egg? Maybe you’ll enjoy those in a pastel bonnet?
Today is Sunday – and that means it’s time to take a look back at the past week in my Week in Review post. I want to share a quick rundown of the week (for those who don’t follow me every day) with a little extra background (for those who already tune in daily), but I first have some fun photos to share with you from the past week.
Our Trip to Charleston
I didn’t share this publicly (you never know who’s looking at the information on my blog), but we are just back from a work/pleasure trip to Charleston, SC. Jeremiah and I met Mary and Scott Fish for a little vacationing and quite a bit of business strategy and design. My calendar got a workout in the wee mornings and late evenings. Before I walk you through my posts for the week, I’m happy to share some photos from our trip to Charleston.
We were invited to lunch with Teresa Smith, a team member and friend from Charleston, at Ms Rose’s Fine Foods Restaurant. Here I am with Teresa and Jeremiah:
How fun is that mural behind us? It’s made up of common diner utensils and serving dishes and takes up a full wall in the restaurant. I’ve never seen anything like it – here’s a closer look at the fun design:
Here’s a look at Mary and me at dinner on Saturday night just before darkness fell over the Charleston harbor:
We toured Magnolia Gardens – and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect! The gardens were alive with gorgeous flowers and trees, and we took a wildlife tour where we saw a lot of gators in their natural habitats. We listened to quite a few history lectures that were both poignant and insightful. Here’s a look at a bridge in the gardens:
Here we are (with Mary, Jeremiah and Scott) on a different bridge:
Here’s the courtyard at the Indigo Inn in downtown Charleston where Mary and I spent quite a bit of time flipping through the new catalog and Online Exclusives and planning our upcoming years:
Monday
I wrapped up last week with a sweet thank you card I made with the new Gallery Blooms Bundle. What you didn’t see at that time was that I made 12 cards, not just one. I had a few thank you cards to send out and hand out, so I used that design to make multiple cards with six different colors. Here’s a look at the six colors:

Tuesday
On Tuesday, I shared a photo of many of the tags I’ve created and shared over the years for customers and participants in shares or kits. When this box of collected tags was delivered to me by Michelle, I couldn’t help but to share them.
I shared closer views of these tags in my post and some links to several of my favorites over the years. If you’d like a closer look, CLICK HERE.
Wednesday
With the upcoming introduction of the 2025-2027 In Colors, we have to say goodbye to the 2023-2025 In Colors. Coordinating products are currently in the Last Chance products section of the online store (and some have already sold out).
On Wednesday I shared a lookback at projects with these retiring colors (both as a collection and individually). Here’s one of my favorites:

Small Easter Parade
I love a parade of cards on any given holiday. I only made ONE Easter card this year, but I don’t want to deprive you of the Easter joy today. Here’s a look at five of my favorite Easter cards from over the years (you can click on any of the photos to see the original post for each):

I hope your day is wonderful! ♥
Thanks for stopping by today!

She’s going to love it! You and Carl can visit EVERY WEEKEND – she’ll love that, too. 🙂 Let me know when you are going, and I’ll give you a short list of things/places. ♥

Thanks so much, Hilda! We really had a great time! We were rushing out of the restaurant to grab a photo outside when that mural caught my eye – hadn’t even seen it. It’s so fun! ♥
