Brian’s Week in Review: July 6, 2025

Brian's Week in ReviewWelcome to my Week in Review. Today I want to give you a quick rundown of the week (for those who don’t follow me every day) with a little extra background (for those who already tune in daily).

This past week has FLOWN BY! Maybe that’s because the week was jampacked with so many sales and launches. Not only did we see the end of the BUY ONE, GET ONE 50% OFF SUITE SALE early last wee, but we welcomed a boatload of new products with the ONLINE EXCLUSIVES launch. Much of my week was spent informing and inspiring about those promotions, but it’s still worth a lookback.

Let’s jump right in…

Monday

Life is busy. It can be difficult to keep up with which promotion is ending and which promotion is beginning. That’s why it’s great to be daily subscriber of my blog. 🙂 Monday’s post gave a rundown of the promotions that were ending on Monday (Suite Sale, Product Shares) and the new promotions that were starting on Tuesday (New Online Exclusives, new kits).

In Monday’s post, I shared a look at the THREE new Suite Collections that would be a part of the Online Exclusives launch on Tuesday. Here’s my favorite:

Tuesday

Because Monday’s post was just “for your information…”, I made it up to you by sharing TWO projects on Tuesday. Both of these project showcase a label die from the new Fright Night Bundle. Here’s a look at the Halloween-themed card I shared:

Wednesday

Wednesday’s post was filled to the brim with important information and special looks at the new suites, new kits and new Designer Series Papers (including my favorite color combinations from each and favorite page from each). My love for this page of the Painterly Pears Designer Series Paper cannot be overstated:

Thursday

I love my monthly Pumpkin in the Fungeon calls with customers who subscribe to Paper Pumpkin through me. I hosted the call last Saturday (the last Saturday of the month) and always loved catching up with the group.

Pumpkin in the Fungeon, Brian KingOn Thursday I shared a vintage card I made with the elements of June’s Full of Charm kit. This isn’t my normal style, but I loved making it. Here’s the card I shared with the group (and with you on Thursday):

Friday

Friday was July 4. To celebrate Independence Day with you, I shared six patriotic color combinations with current Stampin’ Up! colors. My color combinations were grouped into three categories: Traditional Patriotic Colors, A Little Metallic Shine and Muted Alternatives.

My favorite combination from Friday’s post? This combination with gold, Cherry Cobbler and Secret Sea:

Saturday

Yesterday I shared an ADORABLE card from my upline (and friend) Pam Morris. Her card features no stamps and no ink, but it was too adorable to hide under a bushel. How adorable is this card Pam sent me?

by Pam Morris, Storybook Moments Specialty Designer Series Paper, Everyday Arches Dies, Stampin' Up!I met Pam Friday afternoon (she let me borrow a roll of ribbon in a pinch). We met up at the half-way point between my house and hers. She hopped in my car, and we chatted, listened to music and shared photos (cards and dogs, mostly). I didn’t mention yesterday how much Pam loves chocolate cake.

In the upcoming week, I’m also going to be sharing incredible swap cards created by some team members during my InKing Royalty Team’s Card Swap. I hope you’ll come back so you don’t miss these! ♥

Thanks for stopping by today!
