Welcome to my Week in Review! Each Sunday, I like to share a quick recap for those who don’t follow along every day—and a little extra behind-the-scenes for those who do. You don’t want to miss these extras! ♥
Don’t Miss Out…
Every time we flip the calendar to the next month, there are important things to consider. I want to kick off this post with some reminders so you don’t miss out. ♥
- Gears & Textures Online Class. Today is the last day to sign up and pay for my Gears & Textures Online Card Class. To learn more about the class and sign up, click on the image below:

- Fabulous Sayings. A new Product of the Month will be revealed next week (pretty sure it will be revealed on Tuesday). That means you have a limited amount of time to pick up the Fabulous Sayings stamp set for $5 with a $75 purchase. You definitely want this set in your collection…

- Bonus Days. For the past month, we’ve been earning a $5 coupon for every $50 we spend. Who doesn’t love Bonus Days? Today and tomorrow are the last days to earn these coupons, so get to shopping!

Dinner with Friends
On a personal note, I’ve been preparing and cooking a lot over the past few weeks. Soups and stews are very popular in these parts with the short visits from snow and ice. Last night, Jeremiah and I went to a favorite restaurant of our with friends. Kayaman ATL is a delightful Filipino restaurant just around the corner from us. I’ve fallen in love with the pork lumpias (fried spring rolls) and eggplant coconut curry, but I didn’t think to grab photos to show you. I did, though, grab some pictures when our take out boxes were packed and the desserts arrived:
Kaye, Brian, Jeremiah and Kizzie
I watched one of these drinks go by me early in the evening and vowed to end my evening with one. In fact, we all got one. 🙂
It’s called a Halo Halo – shaved ice with flan, ube ice cream, milk tapioca, coconut jelly, coconut palm seed, jackfruit, banana, jelly and red mung beans. It wasn’t terribly sweet, but it was really, really fun to eat.
Back to My Week in Review
So, that’s what I’ve been up to this past week. Let’s get back to a look at the projects I shared with you this week …
Monday
Much of my week was dedicated to projects I made on a Stamp & Share call I hosted for my InKing Royalty team. Here’s the sketch I shared with the team to inspire their projects on the call:
You will see several projects with this layout, but here’s the one I shared with you on Monday:

Tuesday
Tuesday’s project kept with the sketch I shared on Monday, but we jumped straight from Valentine’s Day to Easter with this sweet bunny card:
The Enjoy Joy Specialty Designer Series Paper stole the show – those shiny Spring stripes make such a beautiful foundation.

Wednesday
I love how a single sketch can spark multiple creative ideas. Wednesday’s card is a great reminder that small changes, like turning a sketch on its side or mixing a few patterns, can lead to something totally fresh.
Wednesday was also a Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop – so many other projects to enjoy with just the click of a button. ♥

Thursday
This week has been all about stretching a simple layout in different directions, and today’s card brings the series to a soft, elegant close. From playful patterns to polished neutrals, this design proved just how versatile a strong layout can be – and how much fun it is to explore it again and again.
Bonus Color Combination. The gold elements of this card are very important to the overall design, but it’s the sweet mix of Petal Pink, Pool Party and Old Olive that defines each of the elements on my card. If you like this mix of colors as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:

Friday
It’s been a fun week of sharing cards made with fresh products and bright color palettes, and Friday’s project felt like the perfect way to end the week. I love something cheerful and inspiring – especially when it hints at warmer days ahead. Here’s the card I shared with you on Friday:
Bonus. I was chatting with a stamping friend Friday afternoon, who mentioned how much she has enjoyed decorating envelopes as of late. It hit me, in that moment, that I had decorated the flap of an envelope for the card I shared on Friday – but I forgot to share it in the post. Bonus content for my Week-in-Review post – yay!
I covered the envelope flap with the same paper that was featured on the front of the card. I had an extra butterfly, so I stuck it to the flap, as well.

Saturday
I’ve been building a Nature’s Symphony card for almost an entire week. When I saw the bundle was on backorder, I set it aside – but still kept coming back to it. When I saw on Friday that it was back in stock (along with so many other products), I knew it was time to finalize my creation and share it with you. Here’s the card I shared with you yesterday:

Looking Ahead
I have some great projects lined up to share with you next week. I hope you’ll come back every day. ♥
Thanks for stopping by today!

Hi Brian
Another busy week gone by!
I loved your layout that you used 4 days with such a variety of DSP which changed the look each time. Thank you for sharing your design talents! I’m looking forward to your projects this week!
Did you buy the Stamp Positioner? I think it’s a great addition but I will continue to use my Stamparatus for some projects!
Hey Dawn! It was a fun layout to play with. I’m so glad you enjoyed the multiple projects – I tried to mix it up for each one. 🙂
My stamp positioned arrived last week. I opened it up and played with it during my Pumpkin in the Fungeon call on Saturday. It’s pretty easy to use. I think I’m going to like it.
Looks like a great week to me! And that umbrella drink- YUM!!!!
Thanks, Cindie! It was delicious – not as sweet as I expected (but I was happy for that). Lots of great flavors mixed in. ♥
