SNEAK PEEK – Ribbon of Courage

Two weeks ago, I shared a sweet-and-simple card I made with Stampin’ up!’s brand new (and available starting June 1) Ribbon of Courage stamp set.  If you missed that card, you can see it here.  The first card I made with this ribbon was colored with soft colors in a simple design.  Today’s card, in Blushing Bride, honors breast cancer awareness efforts in the traditional pink.  Here’s my card: Is there a sweeter way to…

SNEAK PEEK – Lovely Friends for FabFri112

Do you like big, bold sentiments?  Of course you do!  They are the perfect addition to a soft, beautiful patterned paper or a quick-and-easy way to turn a piece of cardstock into a wonderful card.  For today’s project (a FabFriday color challenge), I heat embossed a beautiful, large sentiment from the Lovely Friend stamp set (available in Stampin’ Up!’s 2017 Annual Catalog) over top of three strips of cardstock.  Here’s my card: Here’s the banner…

Super Duper Dapper Denim

It’s time for another Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop – what fun!  The Be Inspired Design Team is a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from all over the world who are excited to share our projects with you.  I’m honored to be a part of this group of talented stampers. The theme for today’s Be Inspired Hop is “My Favorite Color” – that’s a hard one.  While I knew I’d land on one of…

SNEAK PEEK – This Little Piggy Loves You

One of the most sought-after sets from the upcoming 2017 Annual Catalog is This Little Piggy.  I still remember the way the crowd “aaaah’d” at OnStage in April – it told me that this set was going to be huge (as if I hadn’t already decided that for myself when I first saw the adorable piggies).  Here’s my card: and here’s the completed thought on the inside of the card: Tips, Tricks and Reminders This…

Cottage Greetings for GDP

When Stampin’ Up!’s Retiring List was first shared last month, I immediately began the act of purging.  I started removing the retiring sets from my shelves for two reasons: (2) as a demonstrator, it’s not productive for me to actively market retired products that my customers can’t buy and (2) I needed to make room for all the amazing, new products that would soon arrive.  While most went into boxes to sell on eBay starting…

Brian’s Bulletin – Register Today!

There are so many wonderful Stampin’ Up! promotions going on right now – and lots to look forward to in the coming weeks.  With retiring lists, clearance racks, early releases and a new catalog (it’s just around the corner!), it’s easy to feel lost in it all, but I don’t want you to feel that way!  That’s why I’m taking a breather today to get you all caught up and to share some fun, new…

SNEAK PEEK – Stampin’ Up!’s Ribbon of Courage

This week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge gave me a gentle push to ink up the Ribbon of Courage stamp set I received at Stampin’ Up!’s OnStage event in April.  Ribbon of Courage, available in Stampin’ Up!’s 2017 Annual Catalog, is Patty Bennett’s Million Dollar Achiever stamp set – and it’s bundled with a set of coordinating Framelits.  This very special set honors the memory of Patty’s mother – how beautiful is that?  Here’s my card:…
